Journey Mapping with Hunters
Challenge: Understanding user behaviour and visualising key findings in order to guide UX decisions at GAIM.
Approach: Mixed Methods Research Design with a focus on rich qualitative findings
Outcome: UX Insights presented on an interactive research platform Dovetail, Customer Journey Map and User Personas based on research.

Planning and executing the data gathering phase which included Interviews, Blind Tests(Contextual Inquiry) & Surveys, Leading the development of User Personas, Collaborating on the development of the Customer Journey Map, Collaborating with Marketing & Development teams to deliver key UX Insights
