Engineering taught me how to study and build complex systems, but it also revealed a glaring blind spot: the humans expected to use them. I shifted my focus to design because I am fundamentally drawn to the ambiguity of human behavior. I don't observe people simply to optimize interfaces; I observe them because humans are the most fascinating, unpredictable variables in any system. This archive is a living document of that curiosity.

Challenge: Reimagine duty-free shopping for post-pandemic Gen Z travelers.

Approach: Mapped mobile-first customer journeys blending physical and digital retail.

Outcome: Finalist pitch delivered at the Reply Xchange Convention in Milan.

Journey Mapping with Hunters

Challenge: Understanding user behaviour and visualising key findings in order to guide UX decisions at GAIM.

Approach: Mixed Methods Research Design with a focus on rich qualitative findings

Outcome: UX Insights presented on an interactive research platform Dovetail, Customer Journey Map and User Personas based on research.
